Welcome! I wanted to start a place where people could come to get some kind of help with their health and wellness goals. Help getting started, help with being consistent, help with the distractions that come on this type of journey, and help for people to figure themselves out in terms of what they’re trying to do with themselves.

The Purpose Of Health Wellness 360
From my standpoint, health and wellness comes down to a few things:
- Eating right
- Staying Well Read
- Keeping yourself clean
- Having money in your pocket
What we eat and what we drink can determine the quality of life we have in many ways. The food you eat the night before can determine how you’re going to feel the morning after. It also holds true for your afternoon and evening.
It’s important to make smart choices and decisions on your daily eating habits and we will be discussing those according to different goal patterns.
You get one body as your vehicle in this life, so it is paramount to treat it well and wisely. Whether you like to get it in at the gym, home fitness, a public park or athletics, do something to consistently move your body.
Staying Well Read
While I want this to be one your main sources of information, it’s of the utmost importance to educate yourself.
The way to do that is through study and research. Keeping yourself informed on the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of health and wellness, will enable you to evolve and survive in this world.
That is what I am going to help you with here.
Keeping Yourself Clean
Let me be clear….when I say clean, yes, I mean clean. But I also mean with style, structure and organization.
This can be done even if you’re an individual of chaotic tendencies.
Personal hygiene and care for one’s space and belongings are the root of self love and respect.
Having Money In Your Pocket
Money isn’t everything, but it is the only thing that will allow you to have anything. The powers that be made it so you need to have money to survive (unless you’re off the grid in some capacity).
Herbs, plants, seeds, supplements, vitamins, gym memberships and hight quality foods cost money. So it’s only wise to working on means of acquiring it.
My philosophy on money is that it’s a tool to live a fulfilling and healthy life. Let’s just start there lol.

My name is Rahim. I love to feel good and I absolutely hate feeling like shit. I guess you can say I’ve been like that my whole life. As it pertains to health, wellness and fitness, I guess you could say that kicked in during my 20s.
I’ve always been attracted to different means of strength and power. Not on any ego shit, but because it always seemed like a form of protection…an armor for life. That’s what being in shape and being healthy mean to me.
It turns out that I’m not alone in this. I had times in my life when I wanted to improve myself and improve my health but I was never able to get there in the earlier years. I learned that it was because of my excuses and lack of knowledge on the subject.
