Have you had your daily water consumption today? How about weekly? Monthly?
If your answer to any of these questions is no, it’s most likely that the answer is the same to all of them.
The human body is 60% water in totality. That’s more than half of your body being made up of liquid, even though we are recognized as solid flesh.
I don’t know about you, but that’s extremely fascinating to me. The idea that we are, in essence liquid beings! (Ever see that movie The Abyss?)
With that being said, the discussion of water benefits to the body can go on forever. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t get into a few of them here. Now I personally have no problem drinking water. It’s the absolute greatest form of liquid to put into your body and I don’t feel like it should be struggle.
But if it is, rest easy because you are not alone.
